I stayed at U-Bell Hotel for 4 nights and it exceeded my expectations. The location was great, with a quiet and restful atmosphere. The staff, though limited in English, were friendly and helpful. The hotel provided free amenities like coffee, makeup removing cottons, q-tips, and ice. The room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful public bath with shower cubicles. The hotel also had a bath in the room and fresh towels were provided daily. I enjoyed the view of Kyoto Tower from my room and there were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. it was a 5-star experience on a budget.
